We are passionate about our coffee, source most of it direct from the growers and are proud to pay them above a typical “Fair Trade” price. 100% of that money goes directly to the grower, guaranteed. We roast each coffee on-site, and we make each beverage to order. We do not offer flavors, syrups, smoothies, frappes, meal-type foods or most typical coffee shop drinks, but for good reason.

We are very focused on the quality aspect of our coffees and want you to experience coffee for the passion, craft and art of it. Coffee is the seed of a fruit and if its grown, processed, roasted and brewed properly, the results will be amazing and not taste bitter or burnt. If your black coffee tastes bitter or burnt, you're drinking the wrong quality coffee!

For those that brew at home or the office, we sell our offerings in our shop and here at our website. You can read about each coffee, get the statistics such at altitude, varietal and processing method to help you decide on what to get. All of our coffees are shipped within 48 hrs of purchase online and shipped whole bean. If we happen to be out of a selection you ordered we will email you and ask to substitute or give you an approximate timeframe your slection might be available again.

1) Do you love coffee?

2) No seriously, we mean REALLY LOVE COFFEE; that is, excellent coffee?

3) Do you have a serious, true passion for excellent coffee?  That means complete respect for where it comes from, how it gets to your cup and a true desire to enjoy it like a craft beer or fine wine?

4) Are you flexible to work most days/weekends/times of day?

5) Can you follow direction, rules & policies put in place to make things run as smooth as possible?

6) Do you have previous barista experience (preferably in an indie coffee joint) requiring minimal training, remedial or otherwise? (this is not a requirement but it is quite helpful)

7) Are you personable enough to carry on a conversation with anyone about most anything?

8) Do you have an exceptional work ethic?

9) Do you have reliable transportation?

10) Can you work well under pressure and behind a busy coffee/espresso bar?
